CREDIT CARD ORDERS BY EMAIL |
We are authorized to accept
American Express, Visa, Master Card, and personal
checks. If you would rather send your credit card orders via
our E-MAIL LINK, please include:
- the first eight numbers of
your credit card account with the expiration date.
- your name as it appears on
the card, your billing address, and phone number with area
code. Shipping address, if different than
billing.
- Merchandise Name and
description, size and/or color information, quantity
required, listed price, and 7% Sales Tax (for NJ residents)
for non-clothing items. All essential clothing is exempt
from the 7% NJ Sales Tax (for NJ residents only). Residents
outside the state of NJ do not pay sales tax at all.
In a subsequent E-MAIL, please
send the remaining eight numbers of your credit card account
with your name included.

MAIL AND FAX ORDERS |
Include your complete street
mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) and phone number. List the
items you wish to order in the following format:
- Name/Description of
item.
- Quantity
- Color, Size, and any other
pertinent information for that item.
- Price per that item
- Total price of all items in
your order. Add 7% Sales tax (NJ residents only) for
"non-clothing" items.
Be sure to include your Credit
Card Company, the 8 digit Account # on the card, Expiration
Date, your billing address, and your name as it appears on the
card.
Please remember, since
